25A – What’s Next?
Existing Market.
Taken from my previous post on 24A “Our innovation addresses
the opportunity because we will be using the same quality materials that are
used for aeronautical rocket ships. A certain kind of aluminum will be used to
replace the silicone used for commercial panels. Our products will not be over
priced and will stay at a low cost compared to the competitor’s prices. Our
company will specialize with the production of these solar panels created by
our technology team that will stay in constant innovation, creating gradually
new products that can benefit our customer needs. Our goal is to not only produce
panels that can be used for buildings, but also to charge electric cars and
laptops and phones individually. For whenever you are on the road you can pull
out a compact solar panel module that can be carried around as a wireless
charger to connect your phone”.
Step 2: What should we be doing that we aren't planning to
do?
Talked with different potential customers and they all
mentioned how all the costumer services plans were really well structured. Only
thing they seem to be interested about is to have a plan for people who are
always switching houses or apartments, to create a product that can be taken
from one establishment to another without the need to do a full installation. So
I thought it was a brilliant idea to create a renting plan of solar panels.
Step 3:
In the future our products will be required to keep a competitive
status in the market. Innovation in the technology field is very important,
therefore our idea is to create a basic system that is inclusive enough for
students, families or elder and handicapped customers. Our main idea of this
service is to be quick, effective and lost lasting functional, the less a
customer requires for a maintenance service, the best it would be for our
products to hold a good quality status.
The substitution of silicon with aluminum can be something
that can open doors to the company to new technology spectrums. This will bring
our products to a high degree in quality product that can make an introduction
to the components in rocket ships or industrial machinery
New Market.
Step 1:
A radical focus in our services will be to one day be able
to create our own computer brand that does not need to be charged. With a full
functioning system that charges with solar energy. To introduce our products to
local government agencies that are in charge of poor towns where electricity is
not accessible and make it affordable for public schools to have access to our
services on their buildings so they can use this source of energy to power
their computers and buildings to keep education going.
Step 2:
The way it would
create value for people in this market would be quality product and a substitution
on carbon-energy source usage and make it affordable and with easy access free
of taxation in the state of California(currently active) and hopefully Florida
state in the future.
Step 3:
They consider the substitution of silicon with aluminum based
products to be a good alternative.
Step 4:
The new market for computers is a tough one, there are many
competitors using different intel products that can target specific costumers
for their specific needs. Our product will be more general since our goal is to
make a long lasting product that does not generate Carbon particles as current
electric sources of energy do.
Introducing laptops that do not required a charging system may
be even considered a threat for competition. Our most difficult issue would be
to create a product that can hold a good system standard such as windows or
apple products, so then our focusing will not only be on the charging system
but also the operative system.
